Grey Heron


 Getting ready to pounce his eyes looking down at a fish for dinner. This beautiful Grey Heron was standing in the shallow part of the lake on my last visit to Ferrymoor Flash. The surrounding vegetation has created a green cast in the colour of the water and also given a lovely reflection.
